Welcome to my little blog, here I'll mostly talk about the joys and trials of growing up in North London to raising kids in West Dorset. I will throw in a few lovely photos, the odd recipe and maybe a review or two....

A bit about us.
We are a family of four, my husband and I have been together for 10 years and met, dated and had our first baby in London, when baby number two came along we decided to up sticks and move to the countryside....well that was the plan, but being life long 'townies' we couldn't quite commit to the proper countryside and so settled for Dorchester,  the county town of Dorset, Camden Town it is not but it has its own unique charms.

We've already been here two years, and in the time I've owned and closed a business,  seen my eldest son start school and my youngest just about to start nursery, I still feel like the new family on the street, and every beach day makes me feel like I'm on holiday, I am constantly surprised by the stunning views, I still laugh at the way folk pronounce the word tractor (including my own kids now!) And I still can't quite believe we actually live here.
